That manager also gave an employee the name "busted truck face", because his fat a** is just so perfect! and yes they both still work there! Cant you feel the love from your Nephron family?
 












Really; is this all you have to talk about? Who Cares!!!!!! I wouldn't care if my Manager talked about or called me anything! I work hard and make "great" money!

This is so a post from Denise, Mike, or Lou. I am sorry but calling "your" sales reps names is disrespectful in so many ways and no matter how much money they are making (which BTW is not 50% of what it used to be) is not worth that. You have found sales reps that do not respect themselves so they don't care what you call them but in the end you all will be held accountable. Just ask Lou-she seems to preach that God will be the final judge of things said and done. I would not want to be the three of you when that day comes.. Keep drinking and doing.. well whatever other illegal things you do and we will see who is held accountable when the time comes.
 






Even if the managers aren't specifically insulting people, my manager rode along with me one day and used the "N" word in my presence more times than I can count. I will never understand why a white person who is racist and bigoted assumes all people of their race share the same narrow, disrespectful, damaging views. Not to mention how disrespectful it was to all people of different races/nationalities who work at Nephron. I think we all know the production plant would not function without the hard work of many who aren't "white."

ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? Yeah right, it wouldn't hurt your feelings if you found out what they are saying about you!
They are a bunch of heartless people that will get theirs in the end. What goes around comes around!
 












Look, I don't know if it's someone from corporate saying they can't imagine one of the managers saying the "N" word or an employee with rose colored glasses on, but wake up folks. My manager did ride along with me one day and she did use the "N" word more than I've heard it in my whole life - and I grew up in the South (thank God with people and family who didn't embrace bigotry and taught me to think beyond things like that). It was in relation to a billboard that used to be in my territory and she (the manager) wanted to take a photo of it for her boyfriend at the time. We should have more focused on work, but she was more interested in getting a shot of the distasteful billboard for him (whom she was communicating with and using the "N" word in my presence). I needed the help and training (I admit) and didn't get it. Maybe that's Nephron, or maybe that's being more preoccupied with your own silliness as a manager.

Let's see-if we go through the "management staff" and I use the term lightly, I think we can pretty much narrow down the "she" manager especially since you noted the fact that she called her boyfriend to share. As far as the person saying they can't imagine a "manager" using the N word, we can only hope that was sarcasm and not some idiot still drinking the nephron kool aid. You have been very detailed and if this so called "manager" reads this I hope you are able to retain your employment. They fire people for no reason remember-they have no soul.
 
























Nice. I would not wish anything bad on anyone but good always prevails. Thank God for our justice system....take a bite out of karma, Nephron. You have what's coming to you. Good luck to all on board with the lawsuit, keep us posted.

I appreciate our justice system, too, but oftentimes it fails. Good WILL eventually prevail, even in this situation. But for quite a while it has not, so I am not holding my breath.
 












I haven't heard a word about the lawsuit recently but I would bet money that it settles. There is always a lot of tough talk but when push comes to shove, and the truth may come out, settlement would be the only option.
