Im just over here wondering how the hell the Bobinator not only survived another layoff but came out with another damn good placement! Last man standing from the Stenhouse gang and prob the most incompetent out of the bunch

EC specifically said sales and mgmt won't be impacted but there are rumors of a contract sales team being trained - lots of uncertainty it feel like they are next on the chopping block

a cash bonus to cover cost of insurance

I’m sure the managers were hoping Pinto would get the boot. I couldn’t imagine reporting to him. His trickle down effect to the reps is bad enough.

That’s what he does. Every step of his career has been about that. He comes in and cleanse house and has a goal of cutting costs to the bone.

Everett Cunningham has absolutely no say in who goes and who stays. Accountants do that. Everett gets to announce and sell how bad he feels. The guy is a pharma rep from the stone age, that’s it.

Not at all accurate. He creates the strategy and path forward for commercialization. I agree with the pharma rep part.

A college education is not as important as it once was. I’ve worked at a multimillion dollar organization that had a CEO who had zero college degree. Not even an Associates. He sold the company after building it for roughly 20 yrs and is set for life. Some of the dumbest people I’ve ever met are doctors haha. Look, I can’t stand Everett so I’m not defending him but a college degree has zero bearing on what makes an effective leader or businessman.

Yep, CSO is the way to go. They will save money which shareholders will love and the stock will go up. Sorry, sales reps, but that is how it goes in this industry.
