It’s the Pfizer way. Rudderless directionless drifting with more disruptions than can be processed by even the most “change agile”” individual. Problem is exact science doesn’t have the mountain of cash PFE does. The only good thing is if you don’t like your new manager never mind because you’ll have a different one in a year anyway.Why does EC keep thanking people he fired who are not on the call. How can he says sales is not impacted, when a least half of the sales teams are having their leaders change. We don't even know who our leaders are. How is that considered no impact. This much change is a significant impact.
In the same sentence he says no changes are planned, he says he will continue to monitor leaving the organization open to change. This is the 3rd change in less than a year in Everetts leadership.
