Monday morning layoff advice

Why does EC keep thanking people he fired who are not on the call. How can he says sales is not impacted, when a least half of the sales teams are having their leaders change. We don't even know who our leaders are. How is that considered no impact. This much change is a significant impact.

In the same sentence he says no changes are planned, he says he will continue to monitor leaving the organization open to change. This is the 3rd change in less than a year in Everetts leadership.
It’s the Pfizer way. Rudderless directionless drifting with more disruptions than can be processed by even the most “change agile”” individual. Problem is exact science doesn’t have the mountain of cash PFE does. The only good thing is if you don’t like your new manager never mind because you’ll have a different one in a year anyway.

are you seriously that stupid? Not impacted means you still have a job you dolt. Who gives a fuck if your leader changes!?

prove me wrong, but please show your work. We’ll wait…
Look at the financials you moron LOL I don’t care if the product is 15 billion. If you spend more than you make you’re toast. Anyone who can balance a checkbook knows that but apparently not this leadership. You are an absolute fool.

Was it worth the wait?

Why do they keep highlighting the “benefits” of getting laid off? I’ve never seen this in my life. “How well we are treating them” You sold me!
I know someone recently laid off from big pharma and the package ES provided was significantly better. I think it’s safe to say that recent round is part of a bigger plan to right-size. I would assume AMs and SSS will be next.

EC specifically said sales and mgmt won't be impacted but there are rumors of a contract sales team being trained - lots of uncertainty it feel like they are next on the chopping block

Im just over here wondering how the hell the Bobinator not only survived another layoff but came out with another damn good placement! Last man standing from the Stenhouse gang and prob the most incompetent out of the bunch

we all know what was given, they have been bragging about the package on every call since. Seems very fake and forced.

Was remote and got laid off back in April curious to know if this package is the same...anyone want to share? And please spare me the "nice try troll" comments genuinely curious to know if I got shafted. Remember, this board is anonymous so there is legitimately no reason not to ask
