A team goal is temporary and doesn't help when the territories have been so unfairly created. It should be a complete team goal then when you don't even get credit for the vials your own doctor writes if they infuse in another territory. Tragically unfair.

I don’t have a good territory and I find this thread incredibly embarrassing. People are losing their jobs within Genentech and at other companies, like Merck, and unfair territories are your daily gripe? If you aren’t happy, be patient and hope that things will improve or change in Q4 and 2018. Or, look for another job because you sound miserable.

I'm enjoying this thread. It shows the tremendous amount of entitlement that came into the MS Franchise. "We didn't do that at Biogen" "We didn't do that at insert company name" mentality. I work with many "MS People" they are caterers who wait for a statement from a HCP/Office then react. There is no ability to probe to understand. They will then run back to their management team and complain about how everyone but them is a problem. Thank God you have a great product. Biogen is taking a product with a REMS and putting up a good fight.
 






The bulk of the negative attitudes comes from the former Biogen Reps in this Division. It’s all about “me”! If you want to purge the Division of negativity go to total team goals because the very selfish folks can’t deal with that. If someone isn’t pulling their weight have the Managers deal with it. I think everyone is working hard in this Division, including the negative ones. Don’t reward the Reps that got the great territories, that would already produce even with no Rep in it during launch. Too many egos.

This is absolute hogwash. I came from outside Genentech and have not seen managers "completely favoring" preexisting Genentech employees.

Unfair disparity? The goals are more than 50% team. Everyone is making money. We are all sharing the wealth.

If you actually work here, go away. We don't need you. Most of us are VERY HAPPY here. Its not a perfect place, but the managers are mostly good and the rewards are better than fair. If you don't actually work her, go away.

So true. It is only a couple of whiners complaining repeatedly here. Most of us are glad and feel fortunate to be here at Genentech and in MS. Prayers to our colleagues facing real issues right now.
