Easy to look like superstar with all the rejects we have in R&D. I am happy to see we are being ran like a business now. Better than a welfare state for R&D. it has been that way for the last 8 years.

Bring back Ed ! Forget about joie de vivre from Montecito. Ed was good old-fashioned tough love. Tough love, discipline and scientific rigor was the winning game plan. It worked then and will work now. Roger has the Mojo but he needs a new team that can execute on great science. Roy is a great addition, but Roger so needs to dump the Brits on his team. So much talent poolside in California !

Bring Roy! Anyone that can assess projects and scientific rigor. Yes many examples of accents killing RD. still a few US born kiss up but majority contain accents. Anyone chip in for return airfare?

Send them back! R and D is in bad shape. With bad accented decisions. Organon left overs. Look at WP pharmacology, currently headed by a person who knows little pharmacology! How does this happen? Pharmacology had 2 good leaders. One is in KW now, other moved to NW.

What does BMax mean again? How do you establish receptor number in the assay?

BMax? You must mean BMW, British Motor Works and Team USA bobsled manufacturer! I never had a pharmacology class, is Bmax real? Send them back, bring back Roy! Ed? I hear Ed gave a talk.....

Receptor number is obtained by a saturating concentration and identifying IC100. Divide by moles and formula weight and multiply by Pi. Or do you saturate then dilute and observe dissociation? That must be wrong too. Confusing stuff!

I will chip in for boxing and shipping. Don't criticize this vindictive person. Never seen a Executive so disliked anywhere.

Bring in Roy V! Clean house in middle management. The inexperienced leaders will need to step aside. These people wound not know innovation if on the doorstep with a user manual and video.
