They put CH in DC's role which is ridiculous. I wonder if she still has her kids yowling in the background of her conference calls? Seriously though, the project is far off schedule. They give 4 week look ahead schedules now instead of 2 weeks but it still doesn't present a start date. So much blame to go around.... PMO, Engineering, Validation. Folks in each of these groups are in over their heads. I think there was a lot of hope that with DD's departure that things would be brought into control, but that isn't the case yet.

CH and senior leadership are idiots(Especially MS). This plant will be lucky to have a successful lot by the end of 2018. Keep drinking the Kool-Aid folks!
