I just started reading this today! It took me all of 15 minutes to figure out what is going on.
Are people this stupid?
The college is brilliant, places hundreds of people in medical sales. All of that is well documented and easy to find the graduates and they do have jobs! We probably have 30-40 of them just in our sales force.
Any person in our industry knows that every company is looking to cut expenses. We live through daily fears of yet another commission cut. Operational support is getting slashed with the impending tax. I have already seen several medical education and training programs eliminated over budgets. The day of the recruiter is dead! I guarantee that every device company is significantly or even all together eliminating costs associated with recruiting. Just look at the amount of device companies that have switched to "Talent Acquisition", Medtronic, Boston Scientific, St. Jude now Stryker...
In the near future, you will see only one of three ways into the business:
Networking - Who you know....
Medical Sales College - or programs similar (no cost recruiting)
Direct Hiring via Talent Acquisition - End of recruiters!
Just watching the same idiot post over-and-over again the same stuff is clearly showing the desperation of recruiters. Modeling scams, gunsmith and other bs is an effort to distract from the fact the the college is brilliant! The same guy frequents professionalism yet he has posted on forums in some cases 50 times a day?
Dude, get a life!
