Im sure if you took a look at your business plans for the past few years there were goals and “lists” of things you wanted to and thought you could accomplish that you couldn't or didn't. These were things that they wanted to accomplish and well never know the full extent of why the Didn't or couldn't. I truly believe they had the intention to make this a better place and well never know what would have happened without takeda. If you look at where the company was when they got here to where it was before takeda they made positive impact. Novartis may have fed them the same line of crap that they fed us. Who knows if they were even allowed to see the details of territories before they closed. If they didn't then its in their best interest to tell MC and JS that they want the whole company. Why say they are going to have layoffs before close and watch all the best talent leave. Now we are all playing the waiting game, JS is out of the company, and MC waits for Novartis to do their little dance until heads roll. Good times!
