TRUE STORY. Comp plan is like a bad multi-level marketing scheme.... designed to confuse everyone, which it does, until payday and then you realize you're suddenly making 1/3-1/2 of what you should be making, even when you are a "top rep." Simply not an honorable company. It's simple math!

If you only pay for cheap labor, you get cheap labor...don't then complain about/blame the sales team for mediocre results!

Management has thrown just about every sales rep under the bus on this site. Is it really feasible that all these people are the problem? Or could it be the dream team in Waltham’s fault? The guys who have stolen thousands from reps, the guys who don’t care about their employees, and the guys who lie about TriCare and and send fraudulent Medicare bills to patients who may even have prostate cancer. A truly awful group of people at Exosome Diagnostics.

This is disgusting. If this is true, it needs to be reported to the correct federal agency, regarding the fruadulent medicare bills.

You know things are bad, when your main focus is prostate cancer screening, and your company is trying to push Covid-19 testing to your urology customers. The govt already has contracted vendors through the big companies.

This one is so true and funny!
I used to work with this guy at Bio-Reference. He was constantly involved in some sort of employee or management dispute. I chose to steer clear of him.

Good grief, this is a good point. Help! There are a lot of good reps at this company who don't deserve the drama and frustration. THEY'LL NEVER STOP MAKING THE SALES TEAM PAY FOR CHUCK'S BUYERS REMORSE. It's not our fault!

If you are thinking of applying to BT think again.
They are replacing reps in the following regions:

Chicago
Nashville
Detroit
Phoenix

Don’t let management fool you. This is mainly a salary job. Which is between $90-$100k, based on experience. After that you can expect $6,000 per quarter max. BT developed a 5 tiered Comp Plan last year, and it’s designed to only pay a fraction of the total possible $20k payout.
On top of that you will work with RSM’s that should be working as ASR’s underneath you, and an NSM and VP that have no clue on how to run, what should have been a hyper growth business. The business is in ruins, and doctors have largely departed using BT’s technology. Do your homework before accepting any offer.

absolutely no one will take a job at Exosome Diagnostics, which is why they directly market open positions on LinkedIn. Recruiters want nothing to do with Bio-Techne! Can’t wait to grab an offer and resign ASAP!

I have always enjoyed watching management fake their actual progress here at ExosomeDx. Everyday they trumpet the test volume mantra, which we all know has remained constant an 60-66 per day. We all know that there are many many open sales territories, across the country, as well. We have about 6 weeks before 5-10 of us resign, due to the pay, and the way sales people are treated here at ExosomeDx. None of us trust you anymore Garry, so you aren't going to figure out who this is. At that point, there will only be around 15 reps out of the original 35. Steve & Garry, did both of you idiots know that we were at 115 per day before both of you took the helm? So basically you took the business and divided its success in half and this is what both of you have to show for yourselves since taking over in January of 2019. Wow, someone should call Forbes Magazine to do an expose on failing in Bio-Tech. Both of you could be the focus in the article, on exactly what not to do in business. None of us are laughing.
