Agree. This whole process has been so frustrating. Great interviews, they telling you your moving on to next steps, then ghost city.

Sometimes being “ghosted” by the recruiter means you are not the top candidate. Recruiters will keep you warm until the chosen candidate signs the offer letter/clears drug & background.
