Same here, was told I was moving on then crickets. Guess I’m not moving forward. Disappointed in process. I can handle not getting the job, but at least let me know. Rude and inconsiderate.

Anyone who has received an Offer and finished the background check do you know if they penalizing you or dismissing your offer if you have a moving violation on your drivers record

Also regarding the drug test. There is a drug test. It is a nine panel urine drug test and in parentheses it says (no thc)
I've never seen this in 23 years. I have always had a 10 panel drug test but I guess they opted out of testing for marijuana must be due to the changing laws Hope that helps

I had 2nd interview with one of the 3 Area Directors last week. Was told that 1st round of offers out end of this week for the first training class that starts in January. (For candidates that were able to get through the entire process. There will also be a second group that starts in February. I was told after the initial interview with hiring manager, the process goes very fast (next interview etc), but that could also be manager specific.

Has anyone that has received their offer yet, received an offer yet at the top range that they posted? Base of $185K?
Also, how successful was negotiating RSUs/equity and existing bonus or president’s club or any money that you could be leaving at your present job? Obviously they are hiring and if we took this job, it would be at risk, so they would have to make it worth it with $$ and worth the risk for us.
A few months ago, they were not hiring sales force until after PDUFA, but changed their mind to hire in January. Wish they waiting until after approval. We all know that even if they do get approval, there can be manufacturing issues etc…. The risk is real…especially if you are not my really unhappy at your present job (yet).
Please don’t comment if you are going to be an a$$……. Let’s help one another!

you’ve clearly never had an allowance and gas reimbursement at .65 a mile which is not taxed. You come out way ahead. Get a 2% cash back card and do an expense report every week. It’s amazing how many people don’t do math
If they are giving you a stipend/ flat rate reimbursement from Motus (for example), they cannot give you $.65/mile. It is against IRS guidelines. That $700 is meant to include car payment, insurance, wear and tear etc. if they are giving you a gas card, then you will not also get mileage on top of that.
if they use a program like Motus, it would include a fixed portion and variable portion. Everyone’s monthly allowance will be different, based on their zip code, where they live and their territory. The variable portion changes every month based on cost price of gas the previous month in your area.

you can try to write the difference b/w the ,65 IRA allowable mileage and what you were paid monthly from your allowance, but Trump took mileage away as a write off through either 2025 or 2026.

if it is flat $700 with a gas card OR Motus it isn’t too bad. These territories are small so not huge volume mileage

I agree, wish hey would wait to hire it after approval. Looks like should get approved but in this market anything can happen. Thinking this is why they offering so much money. Just too risky for me to leave a job that I don’t hate.

Can Anyone who has received an Offer and finished the background check do you know if they penalizing you or dismissing your offer if you have a moving violation on your drivers record
Hoping someone can else

Great post. Another question is what the quality of Regional/Hiring Managers is. Seems to me some GI experience, some not, but very little to no Hepatology. So could be a rough start.
