Ha, Good luck. All the rejects from Sanofi were caught on a Zoom mandating hiring quotas for black employees. "One in five hires needs to be a back employee. One in ten HAS to be Latinx" said Carole Huntsman. This strategy always works out. ;]
Ah yes. The old “diversity is our strength” campfire sing along. If this were true, wouldn’t every company on earth have adopted DEI and affirmative action policies decades ago before the big government push? But it’s not true at all. In point of fact, this diversity approach stifles organizational growth because we cannot hire the best and move forward. We have to hire via box checking and then spend the next two years walking on eggshells waiting for the inevitable race based HR claims. Disruption and a toxic culture prevail. This is progress! Embrace it or else.
