Madrigal Pharmaceuticals

I wonder if Lindsay W. actually quit her other jobs. Her time at Nestlé had a short life left as it was made aware that she was double dipping with another company and rumors were there was a third, but maybe that was the notice period overlap with Madrigal.

I wouldn’t be surprised if others were also triple dipping

If you don’t currently work for Sanofi… don’t apply.

I’m sure they will hire some from Sanofi, but clearly not all 21.
Recruiter told a couple of people with TLL experience that they are currently only interviewing people with GI experience. They interviewed a rep with no TLL experience who had GI experience, so seems accurate. I’m sure there are exceptions, and I’m sure it won’t matter much once the managers start, but that’s what is going on right now.

Carol’s prior experience doing nothing for Sanofi but accelerating their precipitous decline seems to be valued highly here. And as sure as the sun rising and setting, all of the former Sanofi folks come sauntering in. It is as if they accomplished so much over there that we HAD to have them. Our VP of Sales is a benign re-tread who washed out of the same position at BMS. Our TLL lead was a Director level TLL in her last job but somehow gets elevated two levels on the way in the door here. Are we serious? WTF?!!!!

i was surprised by the VP of TlLs hire. Maybe she will be fantastic. Its usually wise to hire a team of 21 with diverse experience to build a strong team. Some GI, some TlL, some internal, some Sanofi for support on team. I applied and will trust the process.

Won’t be all 21, but if the current hiring trends are repeated… willing to bet Sanofi hires Sanofi regardless of who is the best candidate. Cap limits for other companies don’t apply to them. It’s become a running joke, do the math after they are announced.

Also not a lot of older people over the age of 40. Ageism.

The older folks are probably more secure and making more money they are less likely to take a chance.

the younger ones are more likely to believe every opportunity is the hot new thing that is going to pop for them.

Sorry to say, Sanofi leaders….gonna get Sanofi results.

Gi OGs know (despite the big talk) this will be the 4 or 5th tihs show for most of the leadership team

A lot less f hires here including Regionals with minimal experience in GI or management who were hired over experienced proven liver specialists all to meet a hiring quota

Bill and Carol oversee the absolute implosion of Sanofi oncology. I mean how long can you sell a song and dance on Dupixant sales? Wait till you hear Carol lead a call. Priceless. Re-treads is right.
