Lots of postings up for statin/cardiovascular jobs...any details?

It was approx 5 days (incl weekend days) when I had my phone interview to when I got the email to choose a f2f time. I'd contact your recruiter just to follow up, but I'm sure you're fine. The day after I completed my application online I got the email to schedule my f2f.

Thanks for the info. Completed/submitted on line application last Wed. Hope to get f2f interview schedule link today or tomorrow.

I'm hearing base is either 60-65K or 65-68K...

Any confirmation on one of these ranges?

Based on the level of experience they'd like to see and no car, I would hope for the 65-68K.

If anyone is interviewing in the St. Louis, MO area do not take this job. I know who the DM is and he is a nightmare to work for. I quit my last job because of him and so did at least 15 others in a one year time span. I have no idea why Publicis would hire this guy and how he keeps getting jobs in this field. I am not kidding, do not work for him.

What is the managers name?

Does anyone know what employment verification background check pss does through verification inc? I have a previous employer who would probably say I was not eligible for rehire and I am curious what all they ask of previous employer. Thanks for any help!

Most companies HR dept will only divulge dates of employment, position help and maybe salary history. Many are afraid of lawsuits if they give out anything else. Hope this helps.

The hiring manager at Pfizer told me that this project starting with Lipitor, is part of a long term strategy to hold onto and perhaps capture new business/scripts of their drugs as they go generic. I believe this can be done by marketing, pricing, and quality of Pfizer products.
This is a long term stategy with the number of drugs they have going generic in the coming months and years. Teva and Watson and others do it, it's the trend, generics, so why not Pfizer. I think this contract could have some longevity. It is a solid business plan to be executed by Publicis. I'm excited and commited to it! Good luck to all this week!

I think you're confused... This project is for Crestor with AZ. What you're saying could apply to this situation also, but it's definitely not Pfizer/Lipitor.

I had my interview today and it went very well. It's actually for Crestor, so you're wrong but that's okay.
It was a very easy interview with behavioral questions and selling a product that's not a drug so be prepared. I'm sure you will all do fine. Just bring all of your rankings and brag books to share and I'm sure you will do great. I only had one interview with one DM.

Mine is coming up. What will be the major determining factor-the sales presentation, the situational question answers or just the DM decision based on who he/she feels is the best candidate? Any idea?

I think it's just who is the best candidate. They are really looking for someone with statin experience because training is only one week of home study and then off to FL. The Mgr chuckled as they told me about the role play--apparently it's all formality but I made it fun and got a huge smile out of him.
