Lilly Dermatology Division?

Shut up you whiny little b****! Results suck and we have added Rheum to the mix so you ought to stfu and be happy you get paid for what you do. Once you start bringing in results you can expect more but until then your sales stink of holy s*** so stfu and quit complaining or leave.
oh we bring in the results m**her effer. You are the distasteful SOB that gives merit raises based on behaviors and not production. That’s your way of promoting your favorites and not the best you s**t shoveler! It is the same s**t every year. Now go Cry me a River!

Hey s**t shoveler, why don’t you come and shovel all of the bloody shit that all of these people have on this drug. B**ch!!!

External party here and i am looking to apply for a Ft Worth N position with Lilly Dermatology. With all the negative things aside, can someone tell me about the manager, company cars, benefits, drugs being promoted, and how big the districts are. What kind of experience is required?

The less experience you have the better. Lilly now hiring many reps without experience. It’s just a way for them to pay less. Take the job and then move on to a company that pays better.

lilly loves diversity, culture, team building, talking about our past, and putting incompetent leaders in positions - MM and KB.

If you like selling go elsewhere. We like customer service

applied to a position only to be told that the $125k base I’m asking for is ‘way out of range’. Um. Biologic sales? I’ll keep selling topicals making more here than relying on my peers in the district to make “district goals” at a pathetic $34k. What a joke.

sales at Lilly is for less competitive people. It’s hard for Lilly sales reps to get jobs in the industry because they have a bad reputation of not being producers. This culture is created by DW and PS.

Sales? Really? How many referrals have you asked for in the past week? How many times did you close the prospect i.e. get them to sign where the line is dotted? If it was sales there is no way a base salary would be that high for anything, unless it was an advance on commission. Now, go back out there and pretend you are making a difference.

My base is a mere $12 million, but you don't hear me whining about it. Signed Davey R.

Can't stand idiots like you. Just because you don't get someone to "sign on the dotted line" doesn't mean it isn't sales.

And selling isn’t “closing”...the Willy Loman days ended in the 60s. You sound like a huge douche bag...
hahaha. OK, go get a real sales job and see if you make it without closing, which in many industries can be a long and involved process. However, to get paid you must get them to sign and money must change hands. Also, real sales involves something called prospecting. Pharma is a joke, just ask any real salesperson. Now, go get some doctor to sign for your samples and make up some garbage in your call notes. Loser.

I’ve sold copiers right out of college, endoscopy scopes and now in derm. Why would I leave when I made just over 180k here and the hours are easier. But it doesn’t make it any less of a sales job. Go work on your “closing skills” Willy, leave the real sales to adults.

You make 180k. Fantasy Island was a show on ABC years ago. What is with your Willy fetish? Move on please.

Put the Coffee Down! Coffee is for Closers only.

You got leads; Eli Lilly paid good money, get their names to sell them. You can't close the leads your given, you can't close sh&t, you are sh&t, hit the bricks pal, and beat it, 'cause you are going out.

Actually, the best way to handle any objection if with your kids, spouse, LGBT significant other, co-worker, or customer is to remember the line coined by the Wolf of Wallstreet, "I hear what your saying, but does the idea make sense?

They say no you are f'd. They say sure, you are on your way.

Try it...you'll like it.
