Tell yourself whatever you need to make yourself feel good but look at who is still with the company and who got flushed out and is no longer employed. Sucks to be you!

What I do know is your people can’t stand u and if it wasn’t for PS in charge you both would be shoveling shit in Iowa. Also look at who is being promoted and wake up. KB's team is the best of the best and consistently outperforms, and they have the respect. Matzke's team are all follower's cause they are scared to death of her. The key difference in the two is KB's team respects her, Matzke's team, no respect for a dictator like that. JJ was well liked and respected.

The reality is MM and KB are still fuming that JJ got to bring in the motivational speaker in Phoenix last year and they couldn’t bring a brain washed person they wanted to brain wash us all into being aggressive human sale machines who cross the line and will put compliance at risk every single day.

2 pieces of crap(MM & DW) just seem like they clog the drain. At least JJ could go to other places cause he has class and is wanted. Those two would have no career outside Lilly.
 






the hiring in this group as well as the neuro group has zero to do with talent or results. It’s all about who is a friend of Pete or Wei Li. The company is becoming a leadership joke and some of the “anonymous” women on this thread need a reality check about who they are and where they’d be without being up the VPs ass. Thank God the field reps know what they’re doing as it’s making a lot of people look good. Sorry but that’s reality, not the world you appear to live in
 






As a former employee in recruiting in HR, Matzke knows how to work the process. Not surprising she is getting away with harassing people and workplace bullying. Best piece of advice is just to stay clear of her, and go to another sales division.
