Lets be honest though. We do try to keep the best- I agree. But the "best" really leave to go to higher paying jobs- Sun Pharmaceuticals was offering base salary 120-140k, Novartis 125-140k, Galderma reps with bonus make over 180k and the list goes on and on...

I would be mad if money didn’t stack up right to Sun or Galderma or Novartis.

Let’s face it the problem with Derm is poor leadership. PS and DW are ineffective and the most unremarkable people you might ever meet. Lack luster, no presence, temperamental and lack proactive mindsets needed to lead. Leadership like this is why moral at Lilly is at a all time low.

But this is why I want out of here. If we don’t have a smart leader, and Taltz of coarse doesn’t grow as expected, Cosentyx and Tremfya are kicking our tail, why are we still being led by this person?
