Taltz is growing like no other this quarter! I am excited to see our bonus as soon as this month ends. I am so glad I had an opportunity to come here from Osteo a few months ago.

Yes, I'm looking forward to MM's downward spiral as well.I actually like the direction MM is taking us. I’m excited for this year!!!
Marianne Matzke is the reason why this division is doing so well. No one can take away the success she brought with her from Osteo to Derm. I am so happy to work for her and she just treats all of us equally and is the poster child for Eli Lilly. She knows how to build great teams who always win number 1. Also, all of the other managers respect her and that is why her reps get placed and promoted 100% of the time.
DW?why does it seem like there are always opening in dfw for the Dermaotlogy team? Is it Taltz? The manager? pay?
so what’s up with this division? I have an interview next week... the AD drug looks promising outside of psoriasis. What’s pay like? I wasn’t a fan when the recruiter said commission is based on district performance.
Pay is below what biologic reps typically make. Our commission structure sucks. We do offer a pension and 401k which is unique but you can get stock grants and big sign on bonus at other companies. Positive side is it's big pharma- hard to get laid off, sales don't "really" matter and you don't have to work that hard to collect that pension if you stick around. We have had layoffs and I think we will need more but Lilly takes years to decide on those so its a relatively safe job.
If you are above average you can really stand out here (or any big pharma company)- and if you are average you can have a great career here!
And the best manager in the division is Marianne, she has some positions opened. She will get people to where they want to be at this company. For the most part that is true. But this is a great product and this job is really easy when you have a great product! I really like the changes we have made in Derm and in the last 16 years I've been here this is the most fun I've had. Great division and great culture!

Who is the best manager to work for in derm?
LMAO! We now know MM continues to monitor this stream and self promote! Luckily for all true colors are apparent and leadership by intimidation reputation is known by all.
