Bayer truly is the worst company in the pharmaceutical industry, with terrible leadership, ineffective strategies, and inadequate compensation. It leaves such a bad taste in your mouth that even if you leave and find a better position, you still feel satisfaction in witnessing the company's ongoing failures.
