Life after layoff

It every high ranked title exemplifies a leader: some leaders are just bullies with authority. Trust me you know who you are and have to answer to someday to those you have betrayed. It all comes back to bite you in the ass

I had such a POS boss I would love to see karma hit her where the good lord split her. She is a raging bitch and only cares about herself sounds like many who are still employees here. Too bad
My former boss was a wolf in sheep's clothing, They single handedly did everything to take my job from me leaving me nothing but scraps. They did everything in their power to set up meetings with all my key stake holders to tell them they were now in charge. They removed me from meetings, took me off work streams and then had the audacity to put it on me that I was giving up. How can you not give up when there was nothing to do. Should I have sat by the phone eagerly awaiting your call and ask me to do something far below my pay grade like remedial work? Should I have tried to go above your head to inject myself into work streams that you removed me from? it was a no win situation that frankly was very disappointing but honestly not suprising based on feedback from other former employers you fucked over along your journey to growth at Bayer. I guess these are the behaviors of a true leader now right? Promote mediocrity that kisses your ass... Sadly now that you have fallen from grace and are just at the same level of those you have stepped on along the way, I am sure as you begin to feel stable again and will continue to do this within your now squad to get ahead.

You knew what you were doing then and it's so sad that you now run around this shit hole trying to bad mouth those employees you wronged to make yourself feel better. You believe in ass kissing your way to the top but where you fall short is you have not clue how other perceive you now at Bayer. I guess you have your head so far up your bosses ass or anyone that is leveled higher than you to get ahead, that you fail to see how others perceive you and how you are the one who looks bad, cannot be trusted and are fake to everyone to benefit yourself. I Feel like the former leadership survivors really need to look in the mirror and should feel a bit remorseful for their part in how they treated people. How you treat people matters and those works and actions can come back and haunt you. Its a small industry.

In the end, the joke is on you! You've sold your sole to the devil; You have worked so hard to follow the missing for a- shitty company with limited growth opportunities, limited pay increase, limited promotions, barely any LTI and STI bonus structure, decreased benefits and declining stocks. Seems like a great move... and continued bad decisions you have made and continue to make. Bless your heart!

Sounds like a laundry list of leaders is this god awful place. They all will get what’s coming to them when Bayer locks the doors and turns off the lights. The what are these turds goi f to do. It’s a small industry lots of people do t forget what you did to them.

When you speak to any important customers who engage with Bayer's leadership, many find them difficult to work with, unknowledgeable, or lacking essential collaboration skills you often hear from competitive SC’s, Account Managers or even customers. After reviewing other comments, it's clear that there's a consistent negative sentiment about Bayer among many people. It's evident that a change in leadership is necessary at the top of US Pharma.

Behind every layoff is a person, a family, a mortgage, a gas tank that needs filled and a table that needs food. It's not enough to ask "how can I help?" YOU already know the answer. Make the introductions for those being laid off . Write a recommendation on their profile without being asked. There is so much leadership here that is not doing this and this not only makes them look bad is shows their true colors. How to treat people even when they are on the out shows a sign of your true character. Even as much as saying congrats or showing Ming your happiness when they land a new gig goes a LONG way. Wake up leaders you can do better for us.
What company actually does these things you ask??? Not any pharma company for sure. Change your profession!

Read the message you moron it’s not the company they are asking to do that it’s their leaders which is very clear does not happen by leaders in our shit hole. don’t be mistaken- it does happy and very often- across Pharma just not from or by Buyer leaders. Change your profession you stupid bitch.

Thanks Stanley, your words mean nothing, and you face is covered with cheese

My words will mean something. Do you think I am the only asshole that is on this site or that reads CP? Look at the amount of comments and feeds at Bayer alone. Don't be fooled to think that CP does not matter because it does. People come on here ALL THE TIME. former employees, current employees, lawyers, and people looking to work in this gawd awful train wreck of a company they call bayer. If you think that the honest comments - which is most of the time they are - are not being paid attention too or are just a bunch of sad little people bitching- think again. People know everyone in this industry and what you think is not a big deal will in the end become a big deal as everyone knows everyone and what you do in your current or former companies WILL come back around and bite you in the ass. I have seen it time and time again and have seen it really strike quite a pain to those. So you can call me Stanley and make weird jokes about cheese on my face but you'll be the one with your panties all twisted up when you find yourself out of a job and STRUGGLING TO find another place to land. Or what we are facing now, we cannot hire anyone outside of Bayer- who would want to come here? This place is an absolute joke.

And remember we know the truth and beyond CP we share your dirty little secrets told you can run but you cannot hide.

you know my shredded cheese child Buspar is generic and cost effective, so grab your bowl of Trix and some Sunday morning cartoons and laugh a little
