They should be. I’ve seen some awful shit those leaders should be ashamed of themselves. That will chase their reputations for years to come. You can hide but not forever!!
 



All these LinkedIn posts and fake ass videos of BA and SG is so disgusting. How can they have fun and celebrate when those celebrations are on the backs of those they cut. Disgusting puts it mildly. Only to fluff their own wallets. They should be ashamed. Wake up LinkedIn is not helping your reputation!

It's amusing that those who still work at Bayer—whether it's the incompetent leaders or those who can't find a job elsewhere—respond with comments like, “It’s not so bad here,” or “You’re just bitter; that’s why you criticize Bayer!” These individuals know how poorly things are going at Bayer, but they try to convince themselves that everything is fine so they can sleep at night. Bayer truly is the worst company in the pharmaceutical industry, with terrible leadership, ineffective strategies, and inadequate compensation. It leaves such a bad taste in your mouth that even if you leave and find a better position, you still feel satisfaction in witnessing the company's ongoing failures.
