You knew what you were doing then and it's so sad that you now run around this shit hole trying to bad mouth those employees you wronged to make yourself feel better. You believe in ass kissing your way to the top but where you fall short is you have not clue how other perceive you now at Bayer. I guess you have your head so far up your bosses ass or anyone that is leveled higher than you to get ahead, that you fail to see how others perceive you and how you are the one who looks bad, cannot be trusted and are fake to everyone to benefit yourself. I Feel like the former leadership survivors really need to look in the mirror and should feel a bit remorseful for their part in how they treated people. How you treat people matters and those works and actions can come back and haunt you. Its a small industry.

In the end, the joke is on you! You've sold your sole to the devil; You have worked so hard to follow the missing for a- shitty company with limited growth opportunities, limited pay increase, limited promotions, barely any LTI and STI bonus structure, decreased benefits and declining stocks. Seems like a great move... and continued bad decisions you have made and continue to make. Bless your heart!

Today I managed to purchase food for my entire family and bought Xmas gifts on my corporate card. Bayer is so dumb I’ll get that passed my stupid ass boss. Happy holidays Bayer you fuckers!

Leadership seems indifferent to the situation. If they were open to a genuine 360-degree assessment of themselves, they would likely realize how poorly they are perceived and why the culture is so problematic. However, we all know they will never agree to such assessments. The surveys they provide are too vague, making it difficult to hold them specifically accountable, as they are reluctant to be identified as part of the problem.
 






Bayer layoff is great. As they only layoff the bright people who can easily find jobs for more $. All other losers incapable to find a different job stay at Bayer playing games to keep jobs at this shit company. So win win for everyone. These losers help Bayer to continue to decline which is their forecast for next 3 years.

This sentiment is across all divisions. I love it how they talk in townhalls. Shameless leaders pretending to care about us. Can Bayer eliminate its stupid town halls. Another waste of time. Just put announcements in Bayernet anyway all lies.
