My former boss was a wolf in sheep's clothing, They single handedly did everything to take my job from me leaving me nothing but scraps. They did everything in their power to set up meetings with all my key stake holders to tell them they were now in charge. They removed me from meetings, took me off work streams and then had the audacity to put it on me that I was giving up. How can you not give up when there was nothing to do. Should I have sat by the phone eagerly awaiting your call and ask me to do something far below my pay grade like remedial work? Should I have tried to go above your head to inject myself into work streams that you removed me from? it was a no win situation that frankly was very disappointing but honestly not suprising based on feedback from other former employers you fucked over along your journey to growth at Bayer. I guess these are the behaviors of a true leader now right? Promote mediocrity that kisses your ass... Sadly now that you have fallen from grace and are just at the same level of those you have stepped on along the way, I am sure as you begin to feel stable again and will continue to do this within your now squad to get ahead.
You knew what you were doing then and it's so sad that you now run around this shit hole trying to bad mouth those employees you wronged to make yourself feel better. You believe in ass kissing your way to the top but where you fall short is you have not clue how other perceive you now at Bayer. I guess you have your head so far up your bosses ass or anyone that is leveled higher than you to get ahead, that you fail to see how others perceive you and how you are the one who looks bad, cannot be trusted and are fake to everyone to benefit yourself. I Feel like the former leadership survivors really need to look in the mirror and should feel a bit remorseful for their part in how they treated people. How you treat people matters and those works and actions can come back and haunt you. Its a small industry.
In the end, the joke is on you! You've sold your sole to the devil; You have worked so hard to follow the missing for a- shitty company with limited growth opportunities, limited pay increase, limited promotions, barely any LTI and STI bonus structure, decreased benefits and declining stocks. Seems like a great move... and continued bad decisions you have made and continue to make. Bless your heart!
