All the talk about Bill and his murder but let's not forget Dr Gleason was also murdered. Also, Bill had a very clean medical history and was an athletic picture of health at 44. Natural Causes is a cover up and quite ridiculous. Natural Causes with Dr Gleason would be much more believable. Sad that both these men were murdered on Jazz's clock.
