So it isn't 8%. And when you combine similar positions, you don't have 100% placement rate due to that little word...combine. Last, a company that has more focus on DEI rather than peoples job is bs. don’t know what business you are in, but we were told it was about 8% “impacted” across USBU and that many will be able to apply for new positions. So of 8% impacted, less than that will be jobless. Hardly a massacre.
