Yeah! A Snowflake parade made up of overly sensitive and whiny men. I guess instead of Pride flags and rainbow colors, you'll bust out the 3 Percenter paraphernalia and carry tiki torches and wear khakis and Doc Martens? All while carrying copies of the Make Amerca Pray Again/God Bless Only the USA bible.

Man up, Buttercup. We've got far bigger problems than some internal PR campaign that will die on the vine next year. Our leadership is middlin' to poor, therefore a sizeable number of us probably wont be here in 2 years.

I’m a minority male. The problem is being forced to hire the lesser candidate because of DEI nonsense. I won’t spend time on parades…. I just want to hire the more qualified candidates so that the work actually gets done and correctly.
