Any knowledge of what other groups will be occurring in September?

Seems like it's more by level than group. they did sr people first. they're working their way down. also doesn't sound like today was 1000 people which is what they've been saying it would be publicly. so seems like september will be way bigger

This is right. The next level should come in a few weeks and the final level will be announced near the end of September. The last one will be the big hammer.

Any chance this is now a lot more than 11% due to the Sage MDD rejection? The 11% announced figure was about 2+ weeks before the FDA decision.

Let’s see if Biogen posts the #’s on any state WARN act website in the next week or two. They usually don’t and probably eat any fines that come with not posting

Screw Liogen! They expect us sales to keep growing as if their is no generic competition. The old growth rate of portfolio is gone and new niche products will not make up for lost revenue. Who the heck pays 6.5 billion for shit old compound with only one approved indication ? Management is desperate and blowing their wad . No “real” value drugs coming in near future to drive revenue. The slayer is coming for anyone they deem non contributing to revenu. Liogen willl be a shell of its former self. Good luck to those let go.
It’s a gut wrenching experience but you will be better !

Agreed. Didn't know there would be 2 more rounds though. Seems like this first round was Executive Director and above. Do you have any insight on what levels will be in the next round?

This round was the redesign of the 4th layer of the org (CEO=layer 1). If the layer 3 individual wanted to disband a team led by a layer 4 person then some lower layer people were also impacted. I've heard the remaining layers will happen all at once.

Can you explain a little more? Not comprehending.
