Lay off in CV for jardiance

When is the next layoff? We just had a Feb 2023 layoff, and we’ve never gone more than 2-3 years without waiting by the phone. So, everyone is wondering and thinking we won’t be due until 2025. 2 years from the last, which is par for the course.
If they layoff CRM, there will be about 1000 USHP employees left. It will be a BI ghost town. The remaining employees can continue to look toward the light coming from BI’s bright future. Let us hope the pipeline has more success than the launch of Cyltezo. That is a huge loss to BI. RIP!

It will be a very slow bleed like respiratory. Layoff Q4 and bigger territories. There is nothing coming for 2 years at best.

It’ll happen end of year. By the point resp gone, Cyltezo gone, CRM and SAE downsized. Year of transformation.

I agree. By then they will be able to see the trends of AG over several months and the formulary status that it will have for 2025. If AG is on some type of Generic formulary tier for most insurers then layoffs are a definite

What is your definition of soon?

Most may feel restructure (AKA layoffs) are sometime in 2025.

I agree with the guy who keeps saying there will be no layoffs. Layoffs aren’t coming ever never. So they just layed off the biosimilar sales force and laying off respiratory sales force but they wouldn’t even think of touching the CRM sales force. They always say “Never say Never”. I’m saying Never! lol

And their goals were adjusted several times too. But probably no layoffs until year end, or 2025 when the AG takes over.

AG takes over? WTF are you talking about. At its peak, it may get 5% share. And that share is at the expense of Farxiga.

if you’re letting the AG win in your territory, you should be 1st to go. Replace with a displaced respiratory or biosimilar rep.
