I do not believe they would have a layoff during the POA. That doesn’t even make sense. I think that is a rumor. A live layoff? Yeah right, BI doesn’t have the guts for that. It’s much more believable that a layoff would occur shortly after.

When is the next layoff? We just had a Feb 2023 layoff, and we’ve never gone more than 2-3 years without waiting by the phone. So, everyone is wondering and thinking we won’t be due until 2025. 2 years from the last, which is par for the course.
