Lay off in CV for jardiance

Just pay attention to the numbers... Eventually a reduction or a restructure is coming. But not until Jardiance plateaus. As long as Jardiance is growing it's business as usual.

If AG gets put on the Medicaid formularies in 2025, we will not have to wait to see the sales plateau. The ship will hit the iceberg and will sink. There won’t be a plateau. If Medicaid does not pick it up, then we have a few months into 2025 before the real generic hits the market.

This means best case scenario, CRM has a year.

are you a r*****? Best thing to happen to JD would be if the AG picks up all the Medicaid business. JD loses money in EVERY Medicaid Rx. As it is, JD is under water due to mandated rebates and CPI penalties. Now with the Medicaid rebate cap removal, JD will lose a ton of money in the Medicaid channel. Let the AG have it all.

that said, any Medicaid plan that adds the AG is stupid. They’re all getting JD and FX for better than free. AG costs Medicaid money. Do the math.

go back to ordering lunch and collecting samples.

I think the OP was talking about Medicare.

Replace the words Medicaid with Medicare and this would be 100% truth!
