It's time to clean house. If you aren't pulling weight maybe. I would like to see more fat trimming tho. Top heavy mgmt positions that don't do anything to inspire is all fine with me especially when they don't show the same dedication of working 50 to 60 hr wrk wks. Oh and they really don't know what they are doing.
 


















It's time to taper off those meds that are making you so pleasant, agreeable, and umm challenged.

I can tell you how we got here - poor a$* decisions by ppl that don't care and who don't have the ability to run a successful business. Why pay more ppl - it would only take away from their bonuses right?

Labcorp never has and never will invest in their employees like this CEO has above. For starters, labcorp is an old crusty established company. These CEO's are tech companies from start ups that ramped up quickly but need new and innovative ideas to keep going.. They need their employees as much as the employees need them. At Labcorp, they can fill a role with just about anybody and the place won't miss a beat. There is nothing exciting about Labcorp with product launches or new innovation. How about the Beacon roll out? Lol Labcorp doesn't need you, and the people here already perform their job in a way so they can protect their own job, not for the betterment of the company or in a collaborative way. Everybody looks out for number 1 at this place and that is just the culture embedded here..

People getting fired left and right. Look we can do entry level work and manage teams but it doesn't mean everyone has the proper training to succeed.
