The problem with this company is the same as other huge companies. DK has no clue what's going on with sales while ridiculously stupid middle mgmt. come up with more paperwork to justify their own unnecessary jobs. What they accomplish when they pull their nose out of their boss's a$$ and those bosses pull their noses out of their boss's a$$ is making the people who actually bring in accounts desperate to work anywhere but this cesspool of incompetence.

Have seen this in other huge companies that I have worked at, but here we take it to an extreme.

That's because middle management is more worried about CYA than actually generating new business, being creative, and having a good time. It's obvious happy, motivated reps will bring in the most business. But because middle management is concerned only with middle management, growth will not happen. Only stagnation, resentment, and eventually pipeline necrosis. They want growth and new sales. Unfortunately they're mostly bottom feeders who have no clue how to actually make that happen.

We have too many folks that never spent a minute in front of a client or a prospect making decisions about things they know nothing about.
