I would assume the usual delays and more due to Covid. Eventually Minal will go to trial or just plea out for 1 count of the many he is charged with and serve about 6 to 10 years and lose all his money. Hope it was worth it.

Minal filed a motion last year to dismiss the case and it was denied. Not sure how much time he got but he was found guilty of all charges

The above is not accurate. Minal filed a motion to dismiss the case which was denied by the judge, however he has not gone to trial yet.
