Lab Solutions Did they get shut down or raided by FBI ??

wasnt the PA lab for billing and GA for accessioning
they’re all shady, the owner(s) and management

According to Google

The court then sends out an order setting the hearing date and time to the parties and their attorneys. ... A common remedy to this situation is to file a Motion to Continue the hearing, which requests that the court reschedule the hearing for a new date and time.

Its not so much that it is a federal case, it is a criminal case - simply settling for an amount of money isn't getting them out of anything. This is probably going to result in at least a little jail time. Fines too, but jail is a possible reality because of the size and egregiousness of the offenses.
 






Ed Klapp used this lab at one point and sent all kinds of toxic CGX to them. He had contract under Blue Water Diagnostics INC. Company based out of Jupiter. I also believe he stated he was the VP of Sales
