Stop being so jealous and racist. They are not the only people involved. There were over 20 american doctors who also knew what minal was doing. They all took exotic trips together every weekend on a private rented plane.

There is zero chance sonal tushar uday will be charged. The government does not have time to investigate them. They already have their hands full. They don’t have time to put one person Minal in jail. He is free on bond. The case has not ended and will never end.
 


















Minal is not free on bond. minal is in federal custody at FDC in Miami. He will likely file motions for new trial and an appeal, but it’s unlikely to change the outcome. He is looking at 30 years to life in prison.
 












I heard that they did freeze tushar sonal and uday accounts. They were investigated and no charges was filed against them. As for minal I don't know if he is free on bond for an appeal or not. He did file an appeal.
 












Minal is in jail. His sentencing is tomorrow 8/18 at 2pm in Miami. The DOJ is asking for 30 years to life in prison. Minal is claiming he did not have effective counsel since his lawyers allegedly had conflicts of interest with other clients.
 




































If the feds want to find the rest of the stolen 187 million dollars they need to really look into sonal, tusar, and uday. These 3 crooks helped steal all the money. Minal might be going to prison but these 3 deserve to follow him to jail as well.
 












The Feds can track and arrest the others at any time all the way into the future. They know their job. They know who all the players are. I know nothing about this first hand, but nobody on the thread seems to be entertaining the possibility that the others have been given immunity in exchange for their cooperation on this case. The truth is, only the Feds know what their plan is for them. Everything else is mere speculation.
 






Agreed everything would be a mere speculation but the statue of limitations would apply at some point. I hope those guys get busted also. It's not right they profited from this illegal sca. They had to know what they were doing was illegal.
 






Minal’s dad opened up that covid lab (at the labsolutions location) in the same space in ATL and paid kickbacks (aka “commissions”) for covid testing billed to HRSA and CMS. Sonal ran it and used Toby Watts (the same lawyer minal used for those commission contracts) after Watts got Minal indicted.

Minal’s dad was on the PTAN and they were screening work places and schools where no one had symptoms and billed it to the federal healthcare programs (CMS, HRSA etc).
