Agreed and it would be so simple and appreciated if they came out and said this:

"We know this is not the easiest drug to sell or company to work for, there have been massive amounts of turnover since you launched, the stock price is down significantly. We know this is not what you signed up for, and for those of you who have been here since launch, thank you for sticking it out. For those who have joined since, thank you for taking the risk and seeing it though. We know it doesn't always look like this is going to pay off but we are confident that there is a bright future here, if we can just hold on. Stick with it and as a sign of our commitment the C suite is taking a significant reduction in compensation and we will be diverting those funds to a meaningful retention bonus program to ensure that we keep top talent here as we enter into our next phase. Additionally, we are lessening the bureaucracy, and quite frankly the big pharma feel that we noticeable have slipped into. We will limit Zooms and in-person meetings to those that are absolutely necessary and from a results perspective we will cease to micromanage the bottle count day to day and take a long term view towards the success/failure of our product, and in plain langue stop freaking out. We will stop the "panic" every time an account is late in ordering or a treater doesn't have a patient ready go the same day another patient comes off the drug. We will be realistic. We will listen to you and put your insights into action. We know it hasn't gone as planned, we recognize that and we as an executive will do better".
Pretty thoughts. The bigger issue is that the company is going to be out of money in a year or so.
 




























what can I say....just listened to our conf. call. I am calling for both our cmo and ceo to be replaced immediately. Not only are they both incompetent but also tone deaf and in complete denial regarding the existential threat of our company. Why did they wait so long to acknowledge a problem with enrollment. It is either incompetence or hiding material information which is illegal. How is it that the data is so compelling and "unprecedent" that other trials are making enrollment difficult ? They did their famous shift the focus to a new carrot. Now MF is "strong" and "firm". But the reality is it will fail after they find out that the 19 patients in phase 1 didnt turn out to work so well in bigger trial. I am asking our board to act and or shareholders start the legal engines to bring lawsuit. It is disgraceful.
 




















Siendo top line was around February 2022. We are now about 2.5 years past that today with Siendo 2 pushed back to 2026 now. Even if they readout February 2026, that’s four years between Siendo 1 and 2.

failure at every turn......please tell me one thing that RP did to add one dollar of value to this company in his time with us. What is the board waiting for ?? I think it is getting close to gross incompetence....how long did he know that S2 would never meet that date ??? He repeatedly, I restate repeatedly said numerous times that they had enough runway to get to "all" readouts. This is blatant lying. Where is the board to hold him accountable ? How do you give us clown and the other girl clown 95 percent bonuses for the failed across the board???
