i read this post earlier. recently came across this joao dude. what a fucking phony. him and his team are useless. couldnt stop laughing when i saw him, reminded me of this post
 












Can some asshe here please explain what the ASDs actually do for the business? What do their calendars tell us about what the hell tbey s tidally do on a day to day basis? Maybe a couple of the AsDs can explain in detail what the hell they actually do? Low skill for sure
 






























the peanut gallery at Galderma is exactly that. The reckoning will come. Yes the stock price is up and they prob feel like they are responsible for it but it’s just the products. if most people were gone at Galderma it would perform better
 






There seems to be a recent increase in negative commentary about Galderma. For far too long Galderma has hired neutered leaders and shy people who will do anything for a paycheck. I think its high time someone stands up and says enough - fuck this place. Flemming and otehr leaders believe that everyone is replaceable and for every position they have there will be 1000s of people in line. Well what they forget is that everytime they hire people they set the clock back for themselves and that much harder for someone to achieve anything in the company AND they create negative agents in the market. SIMPLY NO ONE gives a crap about Galderma. My appeal to the people out there is stop using their products as a sign of lack of ethics at the company and how little they think of their cucstomer, consumers and doctors. Behind closed doors there is always belittling and abusive language
 




































I’ve heard that even though winter break is upon us some are being told they need to work through the holiday? Is this true? Wouldn’t this be an HR violation since that’s part of the compensation package?

You must be a weak, home office employee. Sales works every holiday, weekends, whatever it takes. We have to offset the lack of support from colleagues like you. How many times have you used the word bandwidth this week?
 












Hahahahah sales works everyday? You guys balk at providing any kind of real info and stand behind “relationships” fuck off. Honestly, this whole company just sucks donkey nads and stinks like monkeys ass. Whoever thinks they can come in and enjoy their few extra bucks, or they will make a career here, you are idiots. New folks will get canned! Look at Consumer GMs.
