Leaving Galderma is the wish of any reasonable person right now. You are right, what is happening in Galderma is the true definition of a shit show. HR is a complete joke. The new guy does not know shit (his town hall introduction was a piece of comedy).
What can you expect from a company where the CEO is down on his knees and begs for sales during a sales convention? There will be more terminations, considering the company will close the Dallas office shortly and relocate some special friends to Miami and Boston.

It’s my take too on what is going to happen. With the AD indication for Nemo our Rx business has become more attractive and it will be easier to sell the business in 3 pieces.

I hope they split the company and sell off the businesses - Consumer first!!! They have no idea how to run a consumer business and they are destroying a 75+ yr brand. Best thing they could do is sell us off - which is probably why it won’t happen.
