I think it is very telling that the Ventiv reps have not received their company cars yet.
This kind of BS post makes me sick. What an idiotic, pessimistic comment. They were very honest with us and told us the cars would not be ordered until approval. They also told us at the launch meeting the cars had been ordered and would take 8 weeks. One guy I was in training with got his last week.
Take your shit somewhere else.
Not one rep from my training class has received their company car.
Same here. Not even a mention that it is on its way!!!Not one rep from my training class has received their company car.

What are we getting? I hate my rental car , it is a small crappy mazda that vibrates horribly at highway speeds.

What incredibly shallow crybaby you are. If you don't like the rental, just take it back to Enterprise and swap it out (a little too complicated for you genius?). It's only been 6 weeks since they told us they ordered our cars and they said it would take 8.
Get over your whining and go to work.
This is a challenging business climate in a very difficult and scrutinized therapeutic class. Whatever the obstacles have been so far, from e-prescribing to a comprehensive sales aid to increasing order limits on savings cards to reviewing and revising quotas, target lists, target call frequency, team members are taking action to be responsive to the needs on the front lines.
The rapid responses and fine tuning of marketing strategies and tools is impressive and needed to make the XXR launch a successful work in progress. I am not a corporate kool-aid drinker but have been a part of a number of big pharma launches where marketing put their heads in the sand when strategies weren't working. After today's CC, I'm encouraged by the changes in the works and the commitment of mgmt to deliver on resources needed to drive the XXR launch.

Hmmm, makes perfect sense.
