Intra-Cellular

15+ years in psych. I accepted the offer and am super excited to give it a go. Sure there are some major risks, but if Caplyta can get the Bp depression indication I think the product has a real shot. If not, the company probably folds or significantly restructures within 2 years. Everyone is in a different place in their career, but for me it’s definitely worth the risk. Good luck everyone.
THIS is a healthy take. He/she understands the coin flip

So much more to performance than winning a president club. So many factors outside a sales rep control- reporting issues not withstanding- I put very little stock in a president club and much more stock in what the rep is actually doing.

Agreed. Tenure doesn’t dictate they are doing anything special either though. What I’m saying is that it down right foolish to create a pay structure solely based on years.

I applied but was not interviewed for a territory in December. Then they called me in early February for another one that I ended up not getting. Which sucks because I've done a startup before and I want to be part of this one.

Hearing now there may be a 3rd wave of hiring and they're going beyond the initial goal of 240. Is this true? I'd very much like to get another crack at this.

No Joke! What the heck was that?? Is this the leadership posting? This is more than a LITTLE concerning. If someone who is actually In charge of ANY hiring, decision making, marketing, managed care, patient support, manufacturing & supplies.. or basically has any role of responsibility types this... there is reason to be alarmed!

The hiring process here was a total shit show. I would get crazy detailed emails and texts from the recruiter saying how I was at the top of the list and then radio silence. The it would be another email and text saying to get ready..then nothing. In the end, I never spoke to the recruiter after I called him multiple times. I reached out to the hiring manager and Regional Manager on LinkedIn and still heard nothing. I’m assuming they knew who they were going to hire without really interviewing. Very unprofessional.
