I interviewed, made it to the Regional. Went very well, and was told I have their blessing for the position, but offers won't be officially made until possibly next week (and the offers are contingent on the Jan 28th approval by the FDA)
 






Interviewed Tuesday in Dallas. They actually told us they would not keep our brag book since it held confidential information even though the recruiter asked us to make a leave behind book. Interview was with 2 ventiv managers and the RD was with Amylin.They were all very nice.

In respnse to the many questions.....I did not have to do any sales presentation. they used the STAR format for questions and it was really laid back. Just be yourself and bring documantation that backs up what you say on your resume. I was interviewing for a job in the Central Region.
 












The recruiter has sent Three(3) people for each territory that is being interviewed for. You are all in the same room together and most likely you will know the people you are up against. At the end of the interviews they will just send one of you to the Regional Director so you know right away if you are being moved forward. The other two candidates are sent home. Sounds kind of cruel but that is just the way they did it, sorry.
 
























Wait a minute -- are you saying that they interview all 3 people at the same time? Or do u mean The candidates all wait together until they find out who goes on to RD? If they interview all 3 people at one time, exactly how does that work?
