Interviewing with Esperion with cardiology background

What is a Hwy Manistee transition from NVS to Esperion recentl? I’m thinking this might be a good move just based upon the fact that I’m really getting fed up with big Pharma and it seems like there’s really an opportunity to go out and be a bit of a pioneer and stake a claim with a company that has some real prospect for growing? If anyone can share, their comments are inside regarding my line of thinking, I would certainly appreciate it, serious replies only.
Without getting too specific, I made the transition from big Pharma and I’ve got to tell you in many ways it is refreshing. The metric that is focused on here is sales, not a bunch of other BS. If you were the type of person who needs a lot of support structure, it’s probably is not a great place for you. If you’re the type of person who likes to just go out and sell then this might be a great opportunity. I’m enjoying my time here and I can see more of a direct impact from my efforts that I directly own, so I like that.

This is a fair assessment, I’ve got big pharma experience and there are always pros and cons but I’ve been encouraged to see field feedback be incorporated into future planning. There is a lot of anticipation and excitement looking forward to next year. The expansion will help ensure we meet our goals, and the crazy stock options really may be a once in a career opportunity. It’s not for everyone, you’ve got to hustle here and there is no where to hide if you aren’t making it.

Are you the asshole who keeps deleting negative reviews on Glassdoor?? To obvious dude. There's nothing that you said in your previous post that makes any sense. This is a company with penny stock status and the options have no value. Esperion hasn't performed any sales success and this company is on life support. I feel sorry for you to sit working remotely and your sole job is to watch cafepharma posts or Linkin or Glassdoor negative reviews. It's noble work your doing!!

Thank you, thank you very much. It is really hard, noble work We do here, and and it’s always appreciated when we get positive feedback. You obviously are a first class person who goes above, and beyond to recognize those who strive to make your world a better place.

Does anyone know what the 401K match is and also company car reimbursement? The stock options seem pretty fantastic, obviously the company has got to deliver over the next couple years, but it sure does seem poised to do so. Also, does anyone have any insights as to why it’s been less than spectacular launch to date? Based on what I’ve read about the product and the people I’ve interacted with it seems like a disconnect.

Oh boy!

This one qualifies for a Scientific Hire, Highly Tenured Customer Teammate and soon to be Lipid Trained Expert. To keep ESPR swirling down the drain.

I haven’t been able to get all the information from my recruiter, I don’t think they have all the information. I’m a little bit leery, but only because of past history. I know the company really struggled to launch in the middle of Covid, but it seems like now they’re on the cusp for a much better future. Based on what I’ve heard it seems like folks coming on board now might be in a pretty sweet position for an equity/option award. I definitely plan on pursuing this further to see how it pans out.

You've got to be the dumbest person in pharma. Congrats on another failed hire. Equity option award!! Yes at .83 cents a share. Bravo!

It sure seems like there’s a lot of upside. The stock has been hammered this year, but now with the outcomes data, you’ve got to be pretty bullish. I believe in their focus and there is a big market opportunity ahead, a small slice of this pie is a big chunk of sales. This is a product that never got off the ground because of Covid and now the company is really laser focused on making some big things happen.

Stop blaming Covid you Putz. Go back and look at the hundred of millions other pharma companies made in launching in 2020. There's no upside to speak of and the medical community isn't impressed with the Outcomes Data. This is the most unfocused pharma company out there. They've done nothing right since 2019. I could find better leadership at The Salvation Army. This is a bust! Plain and simple. And to further make my point the stock closed at .83 cents today. Let that resonate with you for a bit you putz.

I don’t consider myself a pouts, how many intelligent professional sales person looking at what I see is a good opportunity. I only have one question for you. Do you actually work at Esperion or have you ever? I’m looking for substantial feedback from people who actually know what’s going on not some random editorial from a malcontent imbecile.

I worked there. It's 95% true what people are posting. I also have friends who were deceived and manipulated through interview process. It's not a good place to work.

It’s been a bit of a tough slog but now things are different. The outcome data has been well accepted and with Steve Nissen on board as a KOL we’re gaining more robust leverage in maximizing our efforts. NASCAR has helped improve patient awareness and overall brand awareness. It’s as good a time as I need to be on board. Stock is screaming buy.

There’s a lot of negative chatter on here, but I can assure you that 95% of it comes from one individual who was never hired. Obviously there are better sources of information than café Pharma, so I wouldn’t let the voice of one embittered individual dissuade you from applying.

You really think it's one person. Fat chance. You post everyday all these optimistic predictions that never come true. Telling people to buy stock is nothing short of being a Charlton. When the stock continued to sink you urge to buy. Now the stock is worth around .80 cents and you were telling people to buy when it was in $60 range. What your doing is deceitful and unprofessional. And the Outcomes didn't move the needle either or those company would be doing 100's of millions every quarter. This isn't a good career move coming here. You'll regret your decision.

It’s charlatan, dumbass.
