Interviewing with Esperion with cardiology background





































I’m moving forward in the process and am asking for input on how to best prepare. Any insights on what are the hot button questions and what is considered an effective territory business analysis and plan are appreciated.
 






Why don't you look at stock performance for the last 3 years in your decision?? Obviously your desperate or you wouldn't consider Esperion a viable option. Last time I looked stock was at $1.15 which is a hair away from penny stock status. Do your homework!

My 2 cents worth is make sure you know who the key customers are and be able to demonstrate how you’ve been able to access and influence these accounts. It may not be an exact fit based on your current product mix, but the key is access/influence. Most if the managers are pretty sharp so I wouldn’t try to pull the wool over anyone’s eyes; they will respect your knowledge and honesty over grandiose gibberish. Hope this helps, it’s a great time to get on board.

I am reading this thread with serious disappointment, I don't see any past or present real employees posting on here. I have been working since last year for Esperion as an in house sales rep. I love my job, Nexlizet & Nexletol are selling at very good pace. None of the in house reps have left this year. Esperion is hiring more sales reps to expand due to the ____ yeah you guessed increasing momentum. Any real employees post on here, this is DJ.

Now your really full of shit..nobody here at Esperion are happy. Are options are worthless, sales are pathetic. Another desperate attempt by management to post here that everything is great. It's not!!!! We know your not legit with using the word momentum.. your a home office tweeb.

They decided to go with another candidate again. After the first candidate didn’t stay longer than 6 months. I know the space, outcomes, doctors, etc. Corporate likes to check boxes and I was too good of a fit.

You need to read some of the very first posts about the deceitful, morally corrupt and unprofessional the interviewing process is.

The Scientific Hired, Highly Tenured Customer Facing Team and now Lipid Trained experts is in disarray.

This guy above is angry because he never was able to make the cut. I can tell you.. The people here are great.. Since launch never have I’ve been micromanaged. The product is being used and the tolerably is Excellent from what my physicians have been saying.

There it is!! The word clamor. Remember when that idiot CB at launch kept saying doctors are clamoring for BA. These aren't sought after jobs. Recruiters have stayed clear of Esperion since the hiring debacle of 2020
