Interviewed for this gig. Manager was unusual. Was abrupt and hyper focused on one hospital. If all of your business dreams are riding on one institution with a doctor that hates your drug, you are doomed!

at what point does hr/sr management look at the fact that 5/7 people left his team after he took over and now 2 of the replacements have left in <6mo? anyone looking at these openings must be desperate

That guy is f-ing horrible. All the TBMs that left couldn’t get away from him fast enough. Even the other managers know was a sh*tshow he is. But keep in mind upper management wants this dbag around so that he gets people to quit, especially the tenured TBMs.

Could someone share some insight on the regional access manager position for the south central. Salary range. How Bonus structure is done, quarterly or a percentage paid out every year.

Uhm - People are trying to leave this shithole not join it, dumbass.
There is a lot of good here but there is a really bad arse there; first name starts with an Arrr. He is truly destroying the morale and it impacts RnD. He is not only incompetent but lacks self esteem. He makes up for his deficiencies by always finding someone else to blame. Drug won’t sell, blame his reps or his business insight used to be fave and remove his marketing lead; drug still won’t sell fire all the sales reps who dare speak up; drug still won’t sell MSLs are useless; still struggling to meet over ambitious forecasts, blame the contract sales team etc. never ends. Really toxic influence on the culture.
