Intercept

Your manager is as clueless as you are about Nash. Get out while you are still a sane human being. This place will destroy your dignity and crush your soul. Complete idiots at the President and VP levels. You’ll wonder if you’re crazy, but your peers will remind you that you’re not. It’s just a matters of time. It’s happened to us all.

As long as RK is there this co is doomed!

Well, if you do decide to ride it out or join you may end up getting lucky if Nash does happen. It’s a 50/50 flip of a coin tho....you’re taking a risk. Plus, our company car is a Ford Edge. Most biotech companies drive upscale cars...Mercedes, Volvo’s, or Ford Explorers. Otherwise, depends on your manager if you will really enjoy working here.

Goodbye. Goodbye to a select few individuals who were offered a retention bonus and preferred territory realignment, goodbye to the people who got promoted for nothing more than being complete suck ups and kiss asses, goodbye to those who have been singled out and are being persecuted for having a conscience and speaking their minds (you will be missed), goodbye to all the new primary care managers and reps, goodbye to the slt, not one of you is a leader and you are some of the most egotistical and soulless individuals in this industry. Best of luck to the final few and I hope your remaining time is limited.

Run for the hills. This place is a complete shit-show. Record turnover. Now we're Intercept 2.0. It's comical. I'm overpaid so will deal with this for awhile but oh boy, this place has no direction.

I would highly suggest doing your due diligence for accepting a position. If you're happy where you are, it's not worth the base increase to take it for current indication. Not to mention, depending on your manager, he/she will contact you all hours of the day/night/weekends.

Seeing the Mallinckrodt whistleblower case as a headline...I can’t help but wonder what we might be able to do as a group. Off label, investor fraud, etc.

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$&$

Wow!! I had seen some job openings, which gained my interest. After reading through this, I believe all of my interest is gone. Hopefully you guys are getting paid a decent amount to work for this crappy company. My situation is the exact opposite (crappy pay but decent company). I think I will stick where I am. I appreciate how transparent you all are and wish you the best of luck!

I am thankful I didn't accept the offer as well. Based on speaking to several employees (both current and former) I made the right decision. The culture is the reason for the vacancies not to mention serious safety concerns. at the end of the day we are in sales and our industry we chase the pipeline these days to stay employed so best of luck to everyone and hopefully Nash indication happens or you acquire a new product/co-promote for the future!

I'm about to interview and just reading this-which region are you referring to re: mgr? Beyond the indication what is the main problem with the company?

My mgr seems confident that Nash inidcation is coming, but the trimester bonus structure payout sucks. We are sales people and losing a bonus per year (normal qtr bonus payout) is absolutely a prime example of not putting the sales force first. Maybe they want turnover to continue bc all the changes that are not in support of the sales force is a way to do it. Makes sense from a financial stand point, right? The cost to bring a new hire on to the company vs making positive changes to keep employees. The last 6 months has been a roller coaster with all new people and even managers. If you get one of the new ones that are micro that would be the stake in the ground for coming here. Good luck!
Aside from low payout, whats the main problem? How is the South & Northeast Mgr?

See other post about micro managers. The new hire managers especially. If you like that style jump aboard, but the culture are why people are leaving and the new micro style is others are turning down offers. Not to mention, bonus structure change and less payout.
