Having driven Intarcia into liquidation how can any of these Board Directors or Executives be allowed to be on any Company’s Board ? Gross negligence at best, willful surrender of any reasonable duty of care is shameful. Crushing Biolux into liquidation/bankruptcy should have red flagged the out of control Graves. What kind of Board ignores all warning signs, agrees with a consistent pattern of inaccurate public communication and repeated rounds of fund raising only to later say “we were surprised”. Really ? By what the failure to pass FDA inspection ? The imaginary “once a year” ?

Graves dug himself and the minions the grave.

There was BoD revolt a few years back after the 1st rejection (Big O bailed right before) and Graves filled the BoD with his cronies no doubt with hefty compensations and pay for their liability insurance bills. And the savvy VCs from the early days sold out their shares to sucky sucky Chinese VCs who Big O courted. Ah and the arrogant French pricks Servier...

That would be some trick even for KG. No public communication for almost 2 years since the last fiasco with the FDA and still no word on any progress. To then come back get it approved, scale up internally, salesforce manufacturing etc. without raising any additional funding?

Let's assume all of the above is true and you are right they are recruiting for a salesforce....RUN!
