stroke, heart attack or MACE related hospitalization or acute kidney injury ICU hospitalization all seem to be part of the Intarcia package

once upon a time, Intarcia Therapeutics INC was a biotech unicorn valued at $3.5 billion. ….-two complete response letters from the US FDA and the denials of three formal dispute resolution requests. Now it looks like this story won’t have a happy ending.

They must prove Ms Holmes intentionally lied to investors to raise hundreds of millions of dollars, and deliberately misled the public to attract patients to its blood-testing centers.
