Impel is and always has been a disaster. Leadership has been led astray by Adrian. And look at his track record. We should all be shaking our heads as to how we followed this poor leader. It is that simple. I feel so blessed to have left Impel. I also feel stupid for going there in the first place. Personally, I like Len…a solid guy who wants to know the truth…Patty is ok …a phony person who should become more real as a leader of people …and Sarah Willie is probably one of the best HR professionals I have worked with….she wants to know the truth…she and her Mom were in the HR business….it is in her blood and she knows how to do it right! Good luck Impel! Some great talent there and I hope the best for all!

I did too. Only softball questions and a performance that sounded like an Enron exec! Did it take you this long to catch his straight faced bull....? You are correct about his enormous ego. He probably tore his rotator cuff today.
