Q3 earnings call. New reps are growing and old too. No mention of guidance or cash runway

Nasdaq filed deck in January. 58,000 total rx. Huge miss no cash talk and comparing q2 to Q4. For growth. Really?
What does this all mean?

Talentless VP of Sales built a leaderless, kiss *ss management team who simply drained the life out of every salesperson in the company. This fish was rotten at the head, killing any chance of success.
 






Apparently it appears you just trade the stock... Not surprised it's down, everything is down in this market. Company as a whole is making great strides and im happy where im at. Markets rebound, and your concern over the stock price will fade, as I'm sure the price will go back up when the markets improve, and the progress we are making becomes too good to ignore. Not necessarily. From the beginning it felt like we were getting docs to write. Very limited market but we were making progress. We didn’t see the financials so it was a surprise the the prescriptions generated limited sales dollars. From s sales view we did our jobs. The expectations now seem so unrealistic but not then.

Seriously? What exactly did you sell? You got docs to essentially prescribe free trials. If you had actually "sold" them on the product there would have been a growing TRx trend along with a follow-up revenue stream. The status of the company right now tells me You didn't sell a damn thing. A fish rots from the head (VP Sales)!
