Impel NeuroPharma

What about the Oak debt and revenue sharing? At this point, I think Oak is probably pretty worried that they won't ever be repaid the $100 million they fronted to Impel. I would think Oak can demand repayment if the launch isn't going well before Impel burns through all of their money.

Interesting, didn't know that. If they sold the product or company at present stock value, would it cover the debt of $100 million?

Another pitiful performance by Adrian and the other weak leaders. They can pretend things are great for only so long. The bogus numbers eventually get discovered.

Q2 earnings call. Commit to guidance of 70-86k. Commit to cash runway (Their words) until 2024. Added 30 sales professional

Q3 earnings call. New reps are growing and old too. No mention of guidance or cash runway

Nasdaq filed deck in January. 58,000 total rx. Huge miss no cash talk and comparing q2 to Q4. For growth. Really?
What does this all mean?

1st the CEO should step down and retire.

Where my koolade drinkers at? Stock nose-dived (again) setting a new low of $2.18. And my manager is saying "don't worry"?

Happy Valentine’s Day. The “leaders” awarded themselves 360,000 options at 2.19 on 2/14. Drive the stock down over 90% then award yourself with options at the lowest level ever. Don’t need koolaid with a plan like that. “don’t worry” the c level will take care of themselves is what your manager meant.

Wow what great "Leaders"! Lead by example...ALWAYS act in your own self interest.
