They know once bonus paid out there will be a mass exodus so they will post it as long as possible.The agreement we acknowledged said 90 day or as client sees fit .

Am I the only one who got a Final Letter of Warning on Friday!?! Says progress will be reviewed week over week. Need to be at national average, if progress is not made in the next few weeks, further action, including termination, will happen. This is the WORST, most UNPROFESSIONAL job I've ever had!

First thing you should pay more attention to posts and what they say. Some individuals will be losing their job shortly. I’m not a troll nor do I talk BS.

I think we are just trying to understand why some people are about to lose their jobs. Did they announce a layoff or something?

I believe people are being given the choice or quitting and remain eligible for another syneos job OR continue w/ Idorsia on a PIP. And if you fail the PIP, no chance of joining another Syneos job.
